Scott Johnson is a leadership coach and advisor who works with pastors, ministry leaders, and values-aligned executives who carry significant responsibility and desire clarity, steadiness, and faithful leadership over time.

As a Master Certified Intelligent Leadership Coach through John Mattone Global and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Scott integrates the Intelligent Leadership® framework into his work. In addition to his professional work, Scott serves as an elder and ministry leader in his local church. Ongoing involvement in church leadership deeply informs his understanding of the weight pastors and ministry leaders carry, as well as the importance of trust, discernment, and accountability.

A service-disabled veteran, Scott served 27 years in the United States Coast Guard in senior leadership roles spanning operations, engineering, and national program management. He led large, geographically dispersed teams and a nationwide volunteer workforce, stewarding significant responsibility within complex regulatory and operational environments. His military service shaped a deep respect for accountability, disciplined leadership, and the weight of decisions made on behalf of others.
